We have a good news for the government employees. According to the latest notification, it is to inform you all that the Punjab Government finally increase the salary of government employees. As per details, the government employee salaries will increase 30 percent. The government employees of Punjab impatiently waiting for a long time for their disparity reduction allowance of 15pc which was granted to federal govt employees in PTI tenure but was not given to Punjab. But in the recent meeting, the CM Hamza Shahbaz have announced a 15pc Adhoc allowance 2022 and a 15pc disparity reduction allowance for govt employees so that they can manage the ongoing inflation and hike in petrol prices.
Apart from this, the federal government also issued the revised pay scale for the government employees. Firstly, the federal cabinet revised the pay scale in 2017 and now after 5 years govt again revised the pay scale. However, this revised pay scale is a big relief for government employees.
