HEC POSTDOC Scholarships 2020
Punjab Higher Education Commission aims to improve the quality of education in Higher Educational Institutes of Pakistan. Instead of relying on the quantity of work, PHEC focuses on raising the standards of education to provide easy, affordable, and equal education to all Higher Institutes of Punjab to build a Prosperous Punjab. PHEC has announced International PostDoc scholarships 2020 for Top Ranked International Universities. Faculty members of Government college/universities hired by Govt of Punjab can apply to get 8-10 months International PostDoc scholarships.
Priority will be given to Emerging fields of science, technology, and innovation that are applied, relevant to the industry to affect society.

Last date of application submission: 30th November 2020 (Monday).
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must be a:
- Ph.D. degree holder from a recognized university.
- The maximum age should be 45 years until the last date of admission.
- Regular (TTS or BPS) member of Govt college/university.
- Candidate must have a placement in a university listed in the Top 200 QS world university general rankings of 2021 or Top 50 in QS subject-wise ranking.
- Candidate must submit a written research proposal, relevant to the academic field, industry/ society, and requirements of the country.

Grant Provision:
Higher Education Commission Punjab will provide:
- Bench fee
- Settlement allowance
- Stipend
- Return airfare or Aeroplane ticket under this scholarship, as per HEC rules.

- Visit the website of PHEC punjabhec.gov.pk and apply online for the scholarship.
- Complete the application in all respects.
- Post the printed copy of the filled application before 30/11/2020.
