In Punjab, the Human Rights and Minority Affairs (HRMA) Department has announced scholarships for Non-Muslims students. However, the announced scholarship is for Punjab Government school students. The students enrolled in matric to Ph.D. degrees, session 2020-2021, are eligible for the scholarship. So, qualified candidates can apply through the Department’s official website till the last date. However, the last date to apply for the Minority affairs department scholarships is 20 August 2021.

HRMA Department Scholarship Amount
The eligible candidates will get the following amount of stipend/scholarship according to their degree level.

- Professional Education Rs 50,000/-
- Post Graduate Level Rs 35,000/-
- Bachelors level Rs 30,000/-
- Intermediate Rs 20,000/-
- Matric Rs 15,000/-
Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship
- Candidates must be enrolled in the mentioned degree on a regular basis.
- Candidates who secure 50% marks in the last semester/part/Year.
- The monthly income of the candidates family should not exceed Rs 32,755/-
- Department will accept the application according to the given template only.
Required Documents for the Scholarship
- educational degrees/Result Card or equivalent certificate
- CNIC or candidates/guardian
- Candidates domicile
- Three passport size photograph
- Certificate of percentages/ marks from the controller of examination (in case of the semester)
How to Apply for the Scholarship
- Candidates can get the application form through the Human Rights and Minority Affairs Department website.
- Applicants have to fill the application completely and send it to the given address on the advertisement.
- The Department will not accept the application after the last date.
- Last date: 20 August 2021
