The School Education Department South Punjab issued a notification regarding conducting an Exam Emergency for session 2022 for secondary and higher secondary students. The exams will go to conduct in all South Punjab Schools. The education department in South Punjab takes serious concern over the challenging result of grade-9 in the annual results 2022. Due to the poor result of matriculation and Intermediate all over South Punjab, the department decided to conduct exams again on December 05 for the candidates to improve their marks. According to the details, all Chief Executive Officers of DEA South Punjab are odered to follow the below-mentioned instructions and plans.
- The Chief Executive Officer and DAE plan to conduct and supervise the December test.
- Conduct the subject-wise Strength/Weakness analysis of students in December tests
- Winter vacation tasks were also assigned based on diagnostic tests conducted in December.
- To track the progress record, it is mandatory for subject teachers to prepare the individual student profile.
- Head Teachers will frequently prepare feedback mechanisms to communicate progress to parents and students.
