On 07 December 2020, Sindh High Court sent a notice to PMC against the petition of recently conducted MDCAT 2020. According to the petitioner, the asked questions in the MDCAT 2020 on 29 November was out of the syllabus. The counsel of the petitioners was Jibran Nasir.
They said that many questions in every section of the test were not from the prescribed syllabus. They also applied to stop the Special MDCAT on 13 December 2020. Counsel also stated that PMC must announce the result after this matter.

Other than that, petitioners also demanded to establish a Committee to investigate this matter properly. The committee contains the member for from all provinces.
Thus, Sindh High Court orders the PMC to submit a satisfactory answer to these questions on all this matter. Now PMC will attend the heading on 16 December 2020 with the answer.
The Counsel Jibran Nasir also tweeted that Sindh High Court admitted our petition and called PMC for a hearing on 16 December 2020.
