UHS No Online Exams
On 29 January 2021, the University of Health and Sciences announced news regarding the on-campus exams. Thus, UHS VC told that exams would be physical and according to the schedule.
The UHS VC announced this decision during the meeting with the Students Action Committee chairman, Dr. Numan. However, there were other members of the committee, and UHS also present.
During the meeting, VC clarified that online exams are impossible. Because it required more time, around 04 months, to take necessary measurements. So, MBBS and BDS exams will be according to the announced schedule without any delay.
After that, UHS VC also said that the Government already announced to reopen the universities from 01 February 2021.m so, we will take the physical exams under the COVID-19 SOPs. Professor Javed Akran also said that we would talk with the Students Action Committee for practical exams after theory exams.
However, he stated that we would also take the matter under consideration for the students of AJK. As they will not be able to attend the exams due to lockdown so that the university will announce the final decision for them soon.
