Documents Preparation for MBBS/BDS Admissions 2021
The MDCAT result has been announced, and admission for MBBS and BDS will open soon in all medical and dental colleges in Punjab. So, to assist the candidates’ UHS issued a public notice regarding the required documents for the MBBS and BDS admissions. However, all Punjab colleges in Punjab will advertise the admission separately, but the basic documents for all will be the same. So, UHS asked the students to prepare their documents in advance to the convenience.
The online procedure for the MBBS and BDS will be online. However, candidates have to provide some mandatory documents without which their application will be unacceptable. So, to get the complete list of those mandatory documents, read the whole article. The given list of documents for all categories of students who fall in different quotas/groups.
Mandatory Documents for all category students
- SSC or equivalent result and certificate
- HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent result/certificate
- Equivalent Pakistani HSSC certificates for the qualified foreign candidates
- PMC MDCAt result card
- MDCAT 2020 result
- Domicile certificate
- Valid CNIC/CRC/NICOP/passport of candidates
- Recent passport-sized coloured photographs
- Specimen signature and left thumb Impression with Balck/blue ink on white paper
- Hifz-e-Quran certificate for Huffaz-e Quran candidates
Documents for Disabilities seats
- Disability certificate by specialists working in government Hospital describing the nature of disability
Documents for Under-Developed Districts’ seats
- School Leaving Certificate/provisional certificate by Head/principal
- Under-developed districts are Layyah, DG Khan, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, Lodhran, Bhakkar
Documents for Cholistan seats
- Original certificate by Cholistan Development Authority stating Cholistani birth and actual residency
Documents for Overseas and Dual nationality Holders seats
- Stay card/residency permit card/Green Card/Sojourn/Resident Card/Similar cards by the country of residence OR Valid Visa
- Valid Pakistani passport for overseas Pakistani Or Foreign passport for Dual national holders
- Valid NIC for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) issued by NADRA.
Instructions regarding submission of Documents
- Candidates must submit all required documents; otherwise, the application will remain incomplete and unacceptable.
- To apply for more than one category, submit additional documents will all basic mandatory documents for each category.
- Documents information must be readable easily.
- Scan the documents in Black & white (Scanning resolution, 300DPI, file size til 2.0 MB per document)
- Upload photographs and signatures in JPG, JPEG or PNG format only. While, for the documents, PDF Format is acceptable only.
- Scanned documents orientations must match with original documents.
