Recently, USAID announced scholarships for studnets in Flood-Affected areas. According to the news, USAID will provide 500 scholarships to eligible Pakistani university candidates. The purpose of the scholarship is to help flood-affected areas studnets in completing their degrees without any hurdles.
US Ambassador announced the USAID 500 scholarships during an event on Women’s day at Higher Education Commission (HEC). Ambassador stated that flood-hit districts deserve scholarships & other assistance to complete their higher education. However, the 60% scholarship will be for women.
