On Monday, the Deputy Education Officer of Sialkot issued instructions regarding the Insaaf Afternoon Schools. The Insaaf afternoon school program is a new scheme of PM Imran Khan. Its purpose is to provide equitable educational opportunities to children in different school areas. All those candidates or staff members who took part in Insaf afternoon schools should follow the below-mentioned instructions. Instructions Regarding Insaaf Afternoon Schools
- The number of teacher recruitments in afternoon schools is subject to the sixth grade. However, no honor is given to the staff if the strength of student is less than 10%
- In grade 6, there must be a minimum 10 number of students. While in grades 7 and 8, there is no restriction on students. If the total number of students is 20, there must be one head, one teacher, and one servant.
- In grade 6, there must be a minimum 10 number of students. While in grades 7 and 8, there is no restriction on hiring students. If the total number of students is more than 20 or less than 25, then there must recruit one head, two teachers and one servant.
- In grade 6, there must be a minimum 20 number of students. While in grades 7 and 8, there is no restriction on hiring students. If the total number of students is more than 60 or less than 40, then there must recruit one head, three teachers, and one servant.
- In grade 6, there must be a minimum 20 number of students. While in grades 7 and 8, there is no restriction on giving admission to students. If the total number of students is 60, there must be one head, four teachers, and one servant.
- If the recruited afternoon school teachers are not eligible to teach in this school, then sign a permit letter and transfer it to the STIs recruitment posts.
- The salary of 10% deducted from the pay of Headteacher, private teacher, and government employee
- The separate register made for Insaaf afternoon school programs
- If the total attendance of teaching staff is less than 50% in fifteen days, then such employees will pay 50% salary.
