Instructions:
- The bidder who will be successful has to pay 25% cash out of the total bid amount as solemn money
- The balance amount (75%) will have to be deposited within two weeks from the bid acceptance date.
- An auctioneer who wants to participate in the Auction event will deposit R.S. 15000 before the auction process as Lump sum security i.e., refundable. In case of success, this amount will be adjusted by 25%, whereas in case of failure, this amount will be returned during that day.
- If the balance amount is not deposited within time, the bid sale will be canceled, and the earnest money will be deprived off.
- Rights to alter or cancel the auction’s schedule are reserved. Bid price doesn’t include applicable taxes, and the successful bidder will pay this on the total bid amount separately.
- Anyone can see the material on any working day before the date of the auction in the office timing.
