In Balochistan, the Education Minister Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind announced 03 months winter vacation. This year, the Balochistan government announced vacations earlier due to the ongoing situation of COVID-19. So, the winter vacation duration will be 01 December 2020 to the end of February 2021.
Usually, due to Balochistan’s colder areas, the government gave the winter vacation for 2.5 months. But now, due to the situation, the holidays extended for 03 months. According to the news, the government will reduce summer vacations to compensate for the loss of study.
However, in Punjab, the minister didn’t make any decision. The Inter-Provincial Education MInisters conferences will be on 24 November 2020. At the meeting, they will decide about winter vacations and other related matters. In Sindh, the Education Minister announced that no winter holidays in the province schools this year.
