BISE Rawalpindi started the checking of 10th class Papers
In an interview, the spokesman of BISE Rawalpindi Arsalan Cheema said that checking exams would begin from 29 June (Today). He said that in Punjab, students of 10th class had already given board exams before lockdown. He said that boards of all provinces held a meeting to finalize the policy.
According to the no board exam policy, students had promoted to the next classes in all other provinces. But this policy is not for Punjab 10th class students as they gave all papers before COVID-19 holidays.
Arslan Cheema said that staff’s training about checking papers had completed last week, and now all staff is ready for marking by following the SOPs.
Practicals marking
About practical, Arsalan Cheema stated that for practicals, not any decision has taken. The government is thinking about a suggestion of marking the practicals according to the theory papers. He said that we would soon finalize the policy for the particles, and marking will be merit.
BIS Rwp Papers Checking center
Regarding centers, the board’s spokesman also said that the education department had chosen 16 centers for checking the papers. The marking of papers will start on Monday (Today). In all centers, all the checkers will follow the SOPs strictly and maintain specific social distance.
He said that Dr. Ghulam Dastaghir, the chairman of BISE Rawalpindi, advised the checkers to check the papers in complete secrecy and on merit.
