Fake Degree Scandal in the Islamia College Peshawar
According to recent news, the Islamia College Peshawar has been involved in the fake degree scandal. The inquiry report stated that the college had issued counterfeit degrees from the previous nine-year. Thus, now the college will recheck the degree published between 2008-2016.
Thus, after the arising of this issue after the governor’s inspection team, they issued forced retirement orders for several officials. Other than that, the team also ordered to fire some employees and, for others, stop their salary increments.
