FDE Summer Vacations 2021 Schedule
There is news that the summer Vacation in all Federal directorate institutions will start from 01 July 2021. During the meeting on Wednesday, the Federal Education and Professional Training Committee announced the revised schedule for the summer vacations. However, Senator Irfan Sidiqque chaired the meeting.
During the conference, members raised questions regarding the different vacation schedules in Punjab and federal. As a result, the ministry announced to commence the summer vacation in Federal from 01 July like in Punjab.
However, before this, FDE announced the vacations only for two weeks from 18 July to 01 August 2021. During the meeting, the members also talked about the Single National Curriculum to implement from the new academic session.
At the same time, there was also a question regarding abolishing the 18-year education requirement for PhD admissions. He stated that 16 years of education for PhD admissions would affect the education and research quality. However, members discussed various other problems relevant in the education and educational field.
