Recently, the federal government announced the increase in the disparity allowance of the BPS 01-19 employees. The federal govt also instructed the provincial govt to increase the disparity allowance. Thus, from next Month, March 2022, the govt will get the 15% disparity allowance increments along with the salaries. However, the govt will give the disparity allowance to the employees based on their basic pay.
Other than Disparity Allowances, the govt will also consider the Time Scale Promotion policy and announce the final decisions soon. At the same time, the govt will take the decision regarding the up-gradation of govt employees such as KPK employees in April 2022.
