The Federal Board issued the notification regarding the increase in salary of government employees. The latest notification is to inform all that the federal government has decided to increase 5% the salary of government employees. They increase the 5 pc ad-hoc allowance. The majority of people are not satisfied with this decision. But the federal government said. If the government goes for a higher increase like 10 to 15pc, then it’s difficult for govt to satisfy IMF. If govt increases the salaries by only 5pc, then it will be easy for govt to handle IMF conditions.
