HEC Introduced New Portal
According to the latest announcement of HEC, the commission has changed its portal for the attestation of degrees. Now, all the candidates have to attest their degrees from a portal, e-services (https://eservices.hec.gov.pk/#/auth/login).
The Higher Education Commission has activated this new portal from 18 December 2020. So, from now, the HEC will not provide attestation services on the previous portal (http://eportal.hec.gov.pk). Thus, new candidates will make their account on eservices.
However, the old candidates will their previous usernames and password to login in the new portal.

How to login in the eservices
Those candidates who want to attest their documents from HEC will have to log in in the HEC portal by following method.
- Go to the portal https://eservices.hec.gov.pk/#/auth/login.
- If you already have an account then provide user username and password.
- If you are a new user, then you have to create your account first by clicking on the Signup.
- After creating an account, log in the portal and follow the procedure of document attestation.
