The Higher Education Commission advertised the Law GAT Test 2022 registration dates for law graduate candidates. Law-GAT is mandatory to pass for candidates who want to practice law as an advocate. The Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) over-handed the authority to conduct the LAW GAT test to the HEC. Law-Gat is an MCQs based paper, and the passing marks of the test are 50%. However, an applicant can have a chance to attempt the Law-GAT test three times. Thus, candidates can submit the application form through the HEC ETC portal. However, the last date y for a Law GAT is 07 February 2022.
HEC LAW GAT Eligibility Criteria
Applicants having a Bachelors’s degree in Law or equivalent from the HEC/PBC recognized institutes could apply for the HEC LAW GAT Test.
HEC LAW GAT Examination Centers
HEC conducts the LAW-GAT in 14 cities of Pakistan so that candidates can select one of the following cities for the exams according to choice.

- Faisalabad
- Multan
- Bahawalpur
- Hyderabad
- Karachi
- Abbottabad
- Sukkur
- Peshawar
- Muzaffarabad
- Quetta
- Turbat
- Gilgit
Candidates can select any exam center of their choice, but a center has a maximum capacity of only 100 applicants. If a center already has full seats (100 applicants), you have to take the test in any other center mentioned above.

- Candidates can apply for the HEC Law -GAT 2022 from the given link. (https://etc.hec.gov.pk)
- Deposit RS 3,000/- test fees through ATM/online in A/C # 17427902018152, A/C Title, Higher Education Commission, Bank: HBL, Branch Code: 1742.
- Mention your CNIC # at the back of the deposit slip.
- Pst the original fee deposit slip to the Members House, HEC, Sector H-8, Islamabad through a courier.
