According to the recent statement of the Higher Education Department Punjab, the E-Transfer system for teachers has started. HED announced to start the online transfer of college teachers in Punjab from 24 September 2021, Today. So, now all the colleges’ teachers in Punjab will apply for the transfer conveniently through mobile.
According to the notice, there are 791 colleges in all (36) districts of Punjab, while the total number of teachers is 13000+. So, all these teachers are applicable for the E-transfer application.
HED E-Transfer method
To apply for the online transfer, college teachers have to follow the following method.
- Teachers could download the APP from google play, download the application, and login into it
- Add preferences and submit the application.
- Then, the merit list will be displayed
- After the merit list, selected teachers have to verify their documents.
- After that, the procedure to transfer to another college is completed.
