The Higher Education Department and the government of Punjab introduced a new initiative in the education system. According to the details, it is to notify all that the government has decided to add 7 to 8 more subjects at the SSC and HSSC levels. They grouped the new subjects into one category called “ Professional.” Add this group to all matric and inter-course levels. The 7 to 10 subjects will be added to this group. This Professional group will be implemented the next year. It is mandatory for Science, Arts, Pre-medical, Pre-engineering, and other groups. In this group, they give practical knowledge of the latest technologies that are in practice around the globe. They introduce new subjects like food technology, agricultural technology, mobile application, etc.

Apart from this, they hire new teachers for all these subjects. The purpose of introducing these subjects is to enable students to enter into the employment market early. This newly introduced group is applicable for both gender, males and females.
