ILO INTERNSHIP 2020 IN THAILAND
Thailand is accepting applications for the ILO internship program in 2020. The duration or period of the International Labour Organization (OLU) is six months. ILO provides an opportunity for talented students to examine the studies and relevant issues at the international level. The purpose of ILO internship is to provide real-world experience, help student to gain some skill which will be helpful in future jobs. The primary focus of this internship is to understand the application of ILO principles, programs, and strategies and to gain practical experience with the ILO directly related to their field of study.
ILO is a United Nations(UN) agency. This agency wants to work in a decently way by setting International labor standards. Furthermore, the International Labour Organization was the first specialized agency of the United Nations (UN).
ILO Internship Stipend:
You will receive a stipend amount of USD 550 per month as an intern from ILO.
Important Note:
In case of any mishap, ILO will not take any responsibility regarding cost during the internship.
Internship Responsibilities:
The interested candidates must follow the below tasks which include, but not limited to:
- The candidate must support the development and design of digital, web content, and print materials
- Help in taking photos and videos, guideline byline on UN System photos use.
- Assist in drafting a press release and news articles, including developing original content under direction and editing from multiple contributors.
- Help in designing, writing, social media coverage, and editing short videos.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The qualification must be master’s (MS) or equivalent in a relevant field, including mass communications, media relations, journalism, international relations, gender studies, international development, or other related disciplines
- Must have working experience in communications, labor migration, trafficking, violence against women, or other related fields would be a plus. Knowledge and experience of working with the ILO and UN Women constituents is a plus point.
- Working experience with the ILO and UN Women constituents is a plus point.
- Expert in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Handle social media pages like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Capable of starting work in February/March 2020 for a period of three to six months.

- Complete your profile carefully and then apply to the internship
- Attach a cover letter in the last section of the application. Application without a cover letter will not be accepted.
- The only short-listed candidate will call for the interview.
