Petition About the Karachi University
Recently, Sindh High Court Received a petition against the teachers of Karachi University law school. According to the submitted petition, the teachers of the law schools are not holding the PhD degrees.
The petitioner stated that to teach the PhD, it is necessary for teachers to hold PhD degrees. But, in the university’s law school, teachers are not meeting the eligibility criteria.
There is also a statement that other than law school, teachers in the Social Sciences department also do not have degrees. They are teaching the students without any proper degrees.
After hearing the petitioner’s statement, the Sindh High Court called the university VC in the next hearing. Karachi university’s VC will now submit the satisfactory answer on this matter in the next court session.
