On 14 October 2020, the KPK government issued a notification regarding the cancellation of the ETEA entry test 2020. The government published the report under notification No. SO (U-III)/HED/7-4/ETEA Entrance Test 2020.
According to the notification, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa approved the cancellation of the ETEA test. So, it is essential to mention here, until now the medical colleges conducted ETEA entry tests for the admissions. This year, the KPK government announced the test on 18 October 2020, but now it will not happen.
From now, all the students across the country will be able to appear in a national MDCAT by PMC., and those students who will pass the MDCAT will get admissions in medical colleges. Thus, those candidates who are waiting for the ETEA entry test now must prepare themselves for the MDCAT.
The KPK Government, Higher Education, Archives, and Libraries Department, sent this notification to all concerned departments and authorities.
