According to the details, the teachers of government schools regularly skip the schools and haven’t taken the lectures. Therefore, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government decided to detect the salary of those teachers who haven’t taken leave without any approval. The KPK government issued a notification that one day’s salary will deduct for taking two days off without approval in a month, and increments will delay for one year if the absent count becomes three.
Moreover, the teacher who remains absent for four days will lose their two increments for three years. For this purpose, biometric attendance made mandatory to ensure transparency in the attendance system in schools. Hence those who fail to confirm their presence biometrically will consider absent.
