KPK Government Announce To Reopen Schools From 15 September
According to news, the KPK government announced to reopen the educational institutes from 15 September 2020. The provincial directorate of primary & secondary education KPK announced to open the schools under the SOPs.
According to a statement, before opening the schools, the KPK government will ensure all the safety measurements in schools. The government will make sure that disinfectants, soap/hand washes, etc. must be supplied to all institutes.
The education department KPK person Muhammad Ibrahim also stated about opening the school by following the complete SOPs. There are also instructions for the school administration to implement the SOPs accordingly. It is compulsory to open the schools under standard prevention for the safety of children and staff.
The federal minister Shafqat Mahmood also gave statements about this topic. He stated that if conditions go well, then schools will be open from the mid of September. And in this regard, inter-provincial ministers will attend a meeting on 07 September 2020 to finalize the decision.
