The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued the latest statement regarding the matric exams commencement. As the Holy month of Ramadan will begin in March; therefore, the government decided to delay the matric exams 2024 till March. According to the details, the government decided to commence the 10th class exams from March 01 and the 9th class exams shall commence from March 19. But now, they decided to commence exams on April 18. Previously, the exams were scheduled to start from March 14.Thus, the matric exams in all KPK districts will be conducted on April.

Chairman Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar scheduled a meeting yesterday. They stated that on the insistence of students and parents and for the sanctity of the month of Ramadan, the schedule was changed. The decision to change the schedule was made in the meeting of the chairman of all the boards of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
