According to the latest notification, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government conducts the annual exams of all board classes after three years. In the previous year, the government only conduct exams for the elective subject due to the worsening COVID-19 condition. But now, they will conduct exams for all subjects in 2022. Students will prepare well for the annual board examination for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC).
In a recent press release, KP’s Minister for Primary and Secondary Education, Shahram Tarakai, stated that over 821,000 candidates would take SSC exams while over 534,000 candidates would appear in HSSC exams. Around 3,000 test centers have been set up for SSC exams, while more than 1,800 test centers have been established for HSSC exams. They alert invigilators to keep special eyes on students. The CCTV cameras managed from the control rooms are already operational in all educational boards of the province. Shahram Tarakai also ordered electric suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted electricity supply to exam centers during SSC and HSSC exams.
