MDCAT Papers Rechecking
On Thursday, Lahore High court announced a decision to not to recheck the MDCAT 2020. A day before, Fatima Sidiqque and some other candidates fill a petition. In the petition, they demanded to recheck the MDCAT 2020. But, justice Ayesha A malik rejected the petition.
Reason to reject the petition
The Lahore High Court Justice Ayesha A malik dismissed the petition due to the following reason:
- MDCAT regulation did not provide the rechecking option.
- Petitioner submits their petition in court after time.
- The petition is non-maintainable.
Petitioners objections
Petitioners raise the following complaint in the MDCAT on which they demanded the rechecking of the papers.
- Some question in the MDCAT 2020 were out of syllabus.
- PMC didn’t provide grace marks to the students.
- PMC didn’t follow all the regulations of the test.
Due to these, they requested the court to stop the admission process and reck the papers.
