The Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) issued a notification regarding the Eid bonus 2022 to the employees. However, those candidates on the payroll of LESCO as of 30 April 2022 will also be entitled to the Eid Bonus. The LESCO also issued some terms and conditions based on which the employees will get the bonus. Thus, below are the conditions for the eid bonus.
- Bonus will be admissible for all employees working on LESCO Payroll for six months or more on 30 April 2022.
- Daily wages employees should have been appointed one year back from 30 April 2022, and they will get the bonus equivalent to the pay determined by adding the number of increments.
- The regular/contract employees hired on pay scales would be allowed one month of running basic pay.
- The contract employees on lumpsum or third-party employees would get the bonus at the 60% rate of their current salary.
- Employees involved in any misconduct are not eligible.
