The Lahore High Court Recently instructed the UHS to prepare the New MBBS and BDS admission Merit list, including the Improved Marks of the students. The Lahore Court issued the order based on a petition submitted by the students. According to the Petitioner student, UHS Didn’t allow around 27 students to upload the improved Marks of HSSC.
The students sat in the special exams for the marks improvement, and after the result, the UHS portal didn’t allow them to upload their marks. However, UHS announced that candidates who appeared in the special exams could upload their marks till 06 February 2022. Now, UHS will soon upload the Final merit list based on the marks of all annual exams and special exam results. LHC took action and instructed the UHS to include the marks of the 27 students before making the final lists.

However, UHS Counsel visited the Court and stated that these 27 students didn’t choose the category of Delayed Result candidates during submitting the Admision form. That’s why the portal didn’t allow them to substitute the marks. There are around 1294 candidates who chose the Delayed result candidates category during the admission form submission, and now they have uploaded their improved marks on the portal without any difficulty.
After that, Petitioner Counsel stated that Students got confused because of the PMC notification. However, PMC Clarified its notification after the last date of form submission so, these students can’t edit their applications.
