The government of Pakistan takes another step towards digitalization. Punjab Education Minister, Murad Raas is going to launch an Online portal for the retirement of teachers. The Minister took this great step keeping in view the rights of retired teachers. In a recent press conference, Murad Raas said that we tried our best to facilitate our public school teachers in a great way. Earlier, we launched an E-portal transfer facility for the school teacher. Now, we launch an online portal to help retired teachers in an entirely transparent way. The launching ceremony chaired by the Punjab Education Minister, Murad Raas. In this digital world, Murad Raas works continuously to convert this manual education system into a digital system. He noted that previous governments did not implement any steps to make life easier for teachers.
Online Retirement Portal for Teachers:-
The online portal for the retirement of teachers specially designed to notify the teacher regarding retirement by sitting at home. With the help of an online transfer portal, around 50,000 transfers of the school teachers have been made successfully. Apart from this, the School Education Department is also working on developing the Private Education Provider Registration and Information System platform for the registration of private schools throughout the Pakistan province. Around 30,000 schools registered through this portal. The last date to do registration free of cost is 1st March 2021 says SED.
