The Punjab Education Minister recently shared a tweet of a user showing the positive impacts of e-transfer by using the app. The Punjab government launched the e-transfer app for employees in 2019. Before this, candidates must request a transfer manually, which is a very complicated and hectic procedure. Through this app, teachers check the vacancies in their areas and can apply for the transfer online.
However, the Punjab Education Minister Murad Raas posted a user tweet who shared his mother’s story. In the end, he also appreciated the government initiative on e-leave and e-transfer. Below is the tweet of that guy.
However, that user also shared why it was difficult for the employees to apply for the turner before the online application.
- Schools didn’t announce the vacancies. At the same time, bureaucrats hid the vacant seats for the relatives/favorite persons.
- If anyone gets to know about vacancies, then the officer demands money for the seats.
- Sometimes, various visits were required to the offices for transfer, which was also a hectic procedure.
After the online system, employees are on relief, and they can apply for any five schools for transfer. Candidates have to fill the form online and submit it for the transfer. The merit for the procedure is automatically calculated, and candidates get information on whether they are eligible or not.
