NAVTTC Signed MoU with Finland
On Wednesday, NAVTTC took one more step to improve technical and vocational education by signing the MoU with Finland vocational institute. This signing ceremony was held at the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. There are a lot of officials from both sides present in the meeting.
The NAVTTC Executive Director, Dr Faheem Muhammd and Finland Turku Institute Principle Immonen Hanuu signed the documents of MoU.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between NAVTTC and Turku covers the following areas.
- Training of Trainers
- Job-specific training
- Mutual accreditations of technical and vocational training institutes
- Regular exchange of TEVTA trainers
- Establishment of joint institutions for training & skill development in Pakistan
- Mutual cooperation in development & implementation for virtual training and blended learning.
Benefits of MoU
About this MoU, Dr Faheem stated that it will help us in developing high skills in the technical and vocational fields. Students will be able to learn at an international level and be able to start their career.
So, it is an excellent step for NAVTTC to promote technical education in Pakistan.
