According to the news, the government closed the 13 more educational institutes due to the breach of SOPs. The NCOC satiated that sealed schools were not following the SOPs and health guidelines. Out of 13 schools, NCOC closed ten schools in KPk while 03 schools in Sindh within 24 hours.
Before this, on Thursday, the government also shut 22 schools in the country for not to follow the SOPs. The government sealed 16 schools in KPK, 01 in Islamabad, and 05 in Azad Jammu & Kashmir. In contrast, one school in Korangi Karachi was also closed because of the commencing primary classes.
COVID-19 Situation
The total cases of Corona positive across the country are 304,386. According to the report, within 24 hours, 09 deaths took place, and 752 persons reported as COVID-19 positive. While 88 teachers in Sindh detected as COVID positive.
NCOC stated that a major institute in federal closed at the start of this week due to the corona detection in 16 persons. So, the government appealed to the teachers, school administrations, and parents to properly follow the SOPs. It is essential to save all precious lives. Students must also try to keep themselves clean and maintain social distance.
