On 3rd September 2021, National Command Operation Center issued a notification. After reviewing the current COVID-19 situation, NCOC after meeting with other senior representatives announced the special NPIS. They decided to implement this NPI in the territorial Jurisdiction of Islamabad. The purpose of implementation is to take a detailed stock of the current disease situation in Islamabad, daily hospital admissions, pressure on critical care and availability of oxygen.
NCOC Special NPIs:-
Check out the NPIs issued by the NCOC given below. The details are as under
- NCOC completely banned the indoor and outdoor gathering in Islamabad. However, the outdoor gathering will invite only 300 vaccinated people and the time allowed for wedding is only till 10:00 PM as per already announced SOPs
- All indoor gyms will remained closed
- There is a complete ban on inter-city public transport in Islamabad. However, inter-city transport will only allow for vaccinated people
- All educational institutes in Islamabad will remain closed. It will remain closed till 12th September 2021
