Newly Appointed Employee’s Salary/ Pay Scale Chart 2019-2020 for Federal and Different Provinces

Here, we are showing you a Salary or Pay Chart 2019-2020 for newly appointed Employees, which is applicable from 1st July 2019. When an employee is enrolled in Government service, then his/her Pay Slip is generated according to some specific criteria. The detail of the newly appointed employee’s salary or pay chart 2019-2020 is as under:

Pay Scale Infrastructure

The infrastructure of PayScale, according to which an employee is paid, is as follows:

  • Basic Pay
  • Conveyance Allowance
  • Medical Allowance
  • House Rent Allowance/ Hiring
  • Computer Allowance
  • Personal Allowance
  • Integrated Allowance/ Washing, Dress Allowance, etc.
  • Teaching Allowance (Only for Teachers)
  • Qualification Allowance (M.Phil./ Ph.D.)
  • Adhoc Relief Allowance (Only granted at this time to Sindh and KPK Government employees)

Some departments give some extra pay and allowances to the Government employees, these pay and allowances are not for all government employees. The extra pay and allowances are:

  • Computer Allowance
  • Special Pay
  • Qualification Allowance
  • Audit and Accounts Allowance
  • Special Judicial Allowance
  • Hard Area Allowance
  • Entertainment Allowance
  • Hill Allowance
  • Charge Allowance
  • Ardali Allowance

    Assalamo Alaikum dear sir umeed he aap khairiat se honge, Ameen, sir sindh Govt. ki jo 2013 5% aur 2015 205% hen us ka formula kya he agar aap bataden tu meherbani hogi.
