Due to the worsening condition of COVID-19 cases in Pakistan, Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health Dr. Faisal Sultan issued a notification. In the recent notification, they notified all that all board exams have been postponed till June 15 due to rising COVID-19 positive cases. Shafqat Mehmood announced this decision after getting suggestions from the National Command and Operation Centre. In addition to that, the Minister of Education also held a press conference with SPAM related to Cambridge exam centers.
According to the details, from April 18 (when the last meeting of the education ministry held) until now, the number of coronavirus cases rapidly risen, therefore, the government decided to postpone all exams until June 15; said Shafqat Mehmood. There might be a chance of complete lockdown.

Shafqat Mehmood said in a recent press conference;
Exams of SSC and HSSC supposed to begin from the end of May delayed further.,” No board exams held till mid-June (June 15).”
