Peshawar UET Develops Low-Cost Solar Panels

University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar develops solar panels at half the price. They specially prepared this panel with the help of silicon ones. Not only UET professionals but also other members have designed this with the help of international partners by using third-generation solar photovoltaic technology. Some of the highly qualified members named Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, and Dr Toby Meyer of Solaronixmix, Switzerland develop this panel. The interference of this solar panel shows that it is a lightweight and flexible panel. UET Dr Najeebullah created this solar panel.

He said the third-generation solar panels cost less than the existing ones as the materials used in the locally available and the manufacturing required lower temperature. They replace silicon with the naturally available metal halide perovskites. UET design this solar panel for providing quality education to their students without any hurdles
