PM Electric wheelchair Scheme 2020-21
The government has announced the Electric wheelchair scheme 2020 for university students. The Phase-II of PM Wheelchair Scheme is for those students who enrolled in any public university in 2020-21. This scheme aims to help disables students which is an excellent initiative of the government.
In Phase-I, the government has distributed 206 electric wheelchairs among disabled university students.
The last date of the registration for the wheelchair scheme is 15 September 2020. So, eligible candidates must apply before the closing date (15 September).

Eligibility criteria for PM wheelchair scheme
For the PM wheelchair scheme 2020, the following disabled students are eligible:
- Those persons who can not move from one place to another without a wheelchair
- Those who have not received the wheelchair before.
- Candidates enrolled in fall 2020 in any public or affiliated university
- Students of all degrees (undergraduate, postgraduate, MS/M.Phil, and P.hD. ) are eligible

How to Apply For Pm Wheelchair Scheme:
Those students who fulfill the required mentioned criteria for the PM wheelchair Scheme 2020 could apply by the following method.
- Students have to fill the application form available on the HEC Website (eportal.hec.gov.pk/wheelchair)
- After completing the form, attach the required documents with the printed application form and submit it to the concerned office.
- For the wheelchair scheme 2020, 15 September 2020 is the last date for registration.
