As the Omicron variant started increasing rapidly, the Sindh government decides to transfer physical education into online mode. This issued notification applies to all private schools, colleges, and universities. Not only this, but the parents of school-going students also praise this amazing decision by stating that the online mode of education is the only solution to ensure uninterrupted quality. However, many people who belong to Sindh will not be happy with the NCOC decision. In an NCOC meeting, they finalized conducting classes by calling 50% of students in one day and the other students in the next day. In a recent tweet, Murad Raas also mentioned that this notification is only applicable to Lahore institutes. Hence, the private schools and colleges of Sindh fully disagree with this decision.
While speaking in this regard, Chief of Universities’ Charter Inspection and Evaluation Committee, Dr. Tariq Rafi, recalled that the Sindh government was the most proactive provincial government during the previous waves of COVID-19 in the country. To secure the life of students, it is important to transfer the physical education mode into online, said Dr. Tariq Rafi
