Public Holiday in Sindh
The Government of Sindh has announced the public holiday throughout the province on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day which is also known as “Youm-e-yakjehiti Kashmir”, in notification No.CTC(SGA&CD)27(04)/2006. This notification was issued by Section Officer (CTC) Abdul Jabbar Abbasi on February 3, 2020. The Government has also announced one-minute silence to honor Shuhada-e-Kashmir for all offices, Autonomous Bodies, Semi-Autonomous Bodies, Local Councils and Corporations under the administrative control of Government of Sindh at sharp 10:00 A.M.

Public Holiday in Punjab
The Government of Punjab has also announced the public holiday Wednesday on February 5, 2020, on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day in a notification no. SO(I&C-I) 5-43/2019. A committee meeting was held on Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir according to which a million signatures petition on Kashmir were to be presented to UNHCR. All the students should sign the petition on the portal www.kashmircommittee.punjab.gov.pk.

- Competition of Sher-O-Shayari
