On 22nd April 2021, Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) issued a notification regarding the vacations in Schools and colleges. According to the details, the summer vacation holidays all over Punjab will start from July 01. The Punjab Education minister took this decision on Wednesday. Punjab Examination Commission (PEC). The annual exams for classes one to eight will stretch from June 7 to June 25. The results will start coming from June 30, while summer vacations will start on July 1.
Moreover, the one-month summer vacation will start on July 1, whereas the new academic session will begin in August. It is also pertinent to mention that oral exams hold for students of classes one and two. while the rest of the other class students will undertake written exams. The Examination Commission has called for strict compliance with the COVID-19 SOPs during the examinations.
