The Punjab Education Department conducted a meeting about regulating SSEs (Secondary School Educators) and AEOs (Assistant Education Officers). The meeting was on 03 January 2023 at 1:00 PM. however, the higher education ministry, Yasir Hamayun, and School Education Minister, Murad Rass, Attended the meeting.
Decisions During Meeting
The recommendation to regularize the 14055 contract-based teachers was presented during the meeting. At the same time, the regulated teacher could have to appear in the Public Service Commission. Those employees who will be regular are SSEs and AEOs, and they are on contract for 10 years.
