On 11 October 2020, Murad Raas, Punjab Education Minister talked in a press conference regarding the Insaaf Academies. Murad Raas announced that the government is trying to launch online academies for the students of grade 9th to 12th. Students can take classes from these academies through their mobiles, laptops, or tablets.
He said that by this initiative, a lot of students worried about their tuition fees would be in relief. They will be able to study through these online Insaaf Academies.
He further said that at the start, the main focus would on the following subjects:
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Mathematics
- Computer science
About Insaaf Academies, he also said that nowadays it is essential to facilitate the students through online sources. By providing online education platforms, students can learn more.
Test /Quizzes
The Education Minister stated that through Insaaf Academies, students would have to appear in the tests of each student. Students can see the results of their quiz or test immediately after the test.
Other than this, the government also decided to prompt the English Language in schools. For this, the government is providing training to the 1000 trainers. After that, these trainers will train the teachers by telling them basic methods.
