Punjab Government has recently announced an opportunity for free education for the offspring of Industrial Workers. The management accepts admission applications to Workers’ Welfare Schools for 2023. The schools will accept admissions to the children on specified vacancies only.
Free education for Punjab Industrial employees is available under the Workers Welfare Fund. The admissions are open on allocated vacancies for sessions 2023-24. The applicants can get the application forms from the Worker’s Welfare Schools of the below-mentioned cities. There are separate schools for both male and female students. These Primary and Higher Secondary Schools are located in various cities of Panjab. The application submission deadline is 20th March 2023.

Free Education in Workers’ Welfare Schools Eligibility Criteria
Applicants with the following eligibility criteria can apply for free Workers’ Welfare Schools education.
- An Orphan or child of a retired, disabled, or in-service industrial Worker is eligible for free education.
- Both males and females are eligible to apply.
- The admissions shall be finalized on a merit basis.

Terms & Conditions for Industrial Workers
The terms and conditions for Industrial Workers are below:
- The Worker must be a holder of social security or EOBI card.
- The Institute of workers must be registered under the factories act 1934.
- The Industrial Institute of the Workers must be registered under the concerned act. Or it must be paying 2% left out contribution under Workers Welfare Ordinance 1971 or 5% under Company Profit Act 1968.
- The Worker satisfies the definition of Worker under the Punjab industrial Relation act PIRA2010.
- Candidates can apply as private if they still need admission to the allocated seat.
Apply Procedure for Free Education in Workers’ Welfare Schools
- Applicants can submit their applications along B-Form of Children and CNIC Copy of Father.
- The application form is available for Rs. 10/-in the concerned institution.
- Candidates must provide the correct information in the form.
