Punjab Govt Decision About Schools After NCOC Meeting on 17 Jan 2022


The Punjab Government has announced the decision regarding the schools after the meeting of the NCOC today. Murad Raas also started in the press conference and announced not to close the schools. However, according to him, there is no final decision about the schools. However, the m urad Rass suggested to come to the students will 50% attendance on daily basis. However, this 50% attendance rule is only for students under 12 years old. 

However, the Punjab Health Minister Yasmin Rashid has also stated regarding the institutes. The minister said that we don’t want to close the schools further. There is a great loss of education we have already faced. At the same time, around 80% of students have been vaccinated. So, the provincial government is not in favor of shutting down the institutes. At the same time, MURAD Raas also stated in the tweet that schools must be the last in line to close. Public gather should be stopped and banned first.
