Today, we have some good news to share. According to the details, the government of Punjab going to open the first transgender school in the city of Multan. They decided to educate the transgender as well. Like other students, transgenders will also go to school regularly and attend the classes. Punjab minister says govt opposed the idea of enrolling transgenders in regular schools in fear of behaviour from other students.
However, the registration process in this school will complete on 15th July. On Monday, Murad Raas announced this that we are opening first transgender school. Our first school is opening in Multan tomorrow. We will open such schools in all Districts of Punjab In Sha Allah. One step at a time. Education for ALL. Moreover, the Punjab Education Minister also stated that transgender school will open in all over Punjab.
He further stated that the government decided not to enroll members of the the transgender community in regular schools because of some reservations about the behaviour of other students.
