Punjab Regularization of Service Act 2021
Recently, the Punjab Ministry of Law has issued a notification regarding the amended bill 2021 for Punjab regularization of services. The presented bill is the amended form of the Punjab Regularization Service Act 2018. According to the issued notification of the bill, the ministry has asked to change the previous bill 2018 according to the following.
- Short title and Commencement
The title of the bill should be short and come into force immediately.
- Insertion of Section 11-A in Act XV of 2018
There should be Section 11-A added in the Punjab Regularization of Service Act 2018.
Other than that, the notification also contains the statement of objects and reasons due to which the Ministry demanded the changes in the Act 2018. Thus, below is the official notification that contains all reasons and proposed amendments in the Act 2018.
