We have good news for the applicant who belongs to Punjab and looking for government education sector jobs. The Punjab School Education Department (PSED) recently announced the notification for the class IV government jobs for all Punjab candidates. SED will issue the official advertisement for non-teaching jobs soon. All the vacancies in these class 4 jobs begin from BS-01 to BS-04. These scales are called class 4 scales. In the notification, the SED provided the Break-up (No. of Posts) for the Non-teaching posts for all districts. However, The total number of vacancies will be 6206. Secretary School Education Department Punjab sent a letter to all CEOs of Punjab government schools regarding the hiring of Class IV non-teaching staff.

Punjab SED Class IV Jobs Quota:-
District Education Authorities make the recruitment plan for class 4 jobs in Punjab. Apart from this, the district recruitment committee (DRC) recruits the candidates for the posts of non-teaching staff (BS-1 to BS-4), clearly indicating category-wise quota, i.e., 3% for disabled persons, 5% for minorities, 15% for women, 20% for the children of serving / retired Government employees (BS-1 to BS-11) and general quota/ open merit.
