Punjab to Hire Staff for Insaaf Afternoon School Program

Punjab to Hire Staff for Insaaf Afternoon School Program

According to the latest notification, the Directorate of Public instruction Punjab Lahore issued the latest press release regarding the hiring of Insaaf Afternoon school Program Punjab. PDWP finally give the approval of 3956 schools from all over the Punjab province. Now, they are going to hire headteachers, junior and senior teaching staff. In case of a shortage of willing teachers, they will hire private teachers by inviting applications locally under the policy of school teacher internees (STIs).

Age Limit for Recruitment of  Insaaf Afternoon School Program

The age limit for males is 20 to 50 years while the age limit for females is 20 to 55 years to hire for Insaaf Afternoon School Program

Qualification and Merit Marks for IASP:-

For the Insaaf Afternoon School Program, the department will give preference to science graduates and selection based on merit. The criteria of selection is given below

  • SSC=55 Marks (Science Group)
  • HSSC= 15 Marks (FA/FSc/ICs/I.Com)
  • Graduation= 15 Marks (BA/BSc/B.Com/BS.Ed)
  • Master=10 Marks (MA/MSc/M.Com/MBA)

In the case of BS (Hons), the merit marks shall comprise 25 marks

Interview= 5 Marks (Communication Skill 1 Mark+ Pedagogical skills+2 marks+ Subject Knowledge 2 Marks). Other teachers if required and necessary (i.e. 3rd and 4th, the department will hire upon increasing enrollment. They will not allow more than 8

Non-Willing Certificates 

  • In case of non-willingness of teachers of the same school to teach in the evening, the written certificate will be sought by the concerned and countersigned by the Deputy District Education Officer Male and Female
  • In case of non-willingness of teachers to teach in the evening hours,  the written certificate will be sought by the concerned and countersigned by the Deputy District Education Officer Male and Female
